Is travel included in your pricing

Yes! All of our travel packages are priced out with travel costs in mind. We have looked at the average of costs for airfare, lodging, car rentals, food and gas expenses, etc... for a variety of destinations and came up with a price we feel covers our expenses. 

Because of this there is less stress on you as we handle all of the travel details for us and you never have to worry about receiving a bill down the line.

what if i don't know where i want to elope yet?

No problem at all! Part of our planning process is location research and selection. Of course if you have a place in mind we focus and plan accordingly however, if you don't then we ask a series of questions to help us to suggest some destinations that might be the perfect fit for you. 

In short don't wait to reach out until you plan all your details. We can help craft the perfect day for you two!

do i really need 8 hours of coverage?

You'd be surprised how quickly an 8 hour day can fly by especially when you begin factoring in drive time in between locations. Most, not all but most, elopements are done at a national park. It makes sense when you stop and consider one of the main things that makes an elopement appealing. That is the beauty of the location plus the feeling of adventure. 

When you want to take shots at multiple stunning backdrops and/or if you plan to include an activity during your special day the time it takes to move within the park and check off your list can add up.  

what exactly do we do for an elopement?

This is one of the things that can make elopements so attractive to couples. The answer is, anything you want! Well almost. When you opt for an elopement instead of a traditional wedding you are stripping away any of the expectations that come with a traditional wedding i.e. ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc...

When planning your elopement think about what is special about your relationship and how you can incorporate that into your day. As an example one of our couples met rock climbing and continued to do it throughout their relationship. So what did they do as a part of their special day? They rock climbed and we filmed it.

Absolutely! As mentioned earlier, there are no right or wrongs when it comes to eloping. In times past an elopement was more taboo and meant getting hitched without the consent or approval of your parents or loved ones. Nowadays things have shifted.

Couples that elope often have their parents approval they just don't desire the big gathering that a traditional wedding is. Some prefer something more intimate. A day that is truly focused 100% on them and their relationship and that's ok!

Often times, at least if you're eloping in a national park, a permit is required to get married there. We do not file or pay for the permit and it is your responsibility to secure one prior to the date. HOWEVER, we do help with the process. We gather the resources needed to file the permit and will help you through the process so that everything is taken care of and there is no stress day of.

Absolutely! As part of our planning process we ask you to provide any inspiration images or clips you'd like for us to try and capture. We do our best to include them whenever possible. Be aware that there are many circumstances and logistical considerations that have to be taken into account when trying to achieve a specific shot, some of which might not be possible during the actual day of. We will collaborate with you to get as close to your vision as we can as long as it is feasible. 

The booking process is straight forward and easy. Once you've decided on your package and want to make it official we send over a contract to collect your signature. Afterwards you'll be redirected to make your retainer payment. And that's it. You're officially booked with us and on our calendar. Then the fun of planning begins!
